This project involved the removal of all existing lighting throughout the 7 levels of the Carpark and replacement with more energy efficient LED Lighting technology. http://darksideracing.ca/map The LED technology has drastically dropped the energy consumption of the building with a per annum saving of approximately 65% from the previous fittings. This saving has impacted positively on the costs associated with Electricity use throughout the building whilst at the same time reducing the buildings Carbon Footprint http://akusztika.com/map.

click to see more The lighting is programmed to provide light in all common areas and to provide an ‘as needed’ lighting to specific areas via the use of sensors. The sensors consist of a VP20 with Occupancy sensor fitted to the majority of lights. The lighting is supplied with a 2 Year manufacturer warranty.
