Edsring Property Maintenance Pty Ltd first started Operating in June 1988 in Sydney, Australia as a Painting, Light Maintenance and Small Project Works Company The Company began providing ad-hoc maintenance works to a small Number of Building’s within the Sydney CBD with a team of a 2 or 3 Handymen, 1 of which is still with the Company to this Day.

Project Description
- Project Mangement by EDSRING including Shop Drawings and 3d Mock up Rendering for Design & Layout
- Make safe of electrical and plumbing
- Removal of existing kitchen joinery and benchtops
- Supply and install new kitchen. (Existing kitchen has been used as a template for quoting).
- Supply and install new stone benchtop to island with 100mm build up and waterfall ends
- Supply and install new 40mm stone to sink cabinets.
- Supply and install new glass splashback
- Supply and install new timber prefinished board for surround with 150mm build up
- Supply and install new under bench stainless steel sink and reinstall existing tapware.
- Reconnect existing power to new kitchen.
- Reconnect plumbing services to new kitchen.
- Supply and install 2 x new ASKO DBI654IBXXLS dishwashers
- Supply and install 2 x new Electrolux EBE5307SA fridges
- Supply and install new Electrolux ETK8080 stainless steel surround to fridges.
- Re-Paint Floor in Non-Slip Grey Coating
- Remove all building waste and clean kitchen ready for use
