Edsring Property Maintenance Pty Ltd first started Operating in June 1988 in Sydney, Australia as a Painting, Light Maintenance and Small Project Works Company The Company began providing ad-hoc maintenance works to a small Number of Building’s within the Sydney CBD with a team of a 2 or 3 Handymen, 1 of which is still with the Company to this Day.

Demolition Of Bathrooms & Conversion Into Storage Area
Project Description
This Project involved the Demolition of 2 Bathrooms (1 Male + 1 Female) and Removing all internal components including Plumbing, Lighting, Ceiling
Major Demolition included the removal of various Cynder Block Walls as well as Making Good the floor once the walls had been removed with new Tiling
All walls were Skim Coated, Painted and New Lighting Installed ready for the new Tenant
