Edsring Property Maintenance Pty Ltd first started Operating in June 1988 in Sydney, Australia as a Painting, Light Maintenance and Small Project Works Company The Company began providing ad-hoc maintenance works to a small Number of Building’s within the Sydney CBD with a team of a 2 or 3 Handymen, 1 of which is still with the Company to this Day.

The Edsring projects team Demolished all internal partition walls, removed all redundant furniture, Workstations, Cabling, carpet and Damaged ceiling sections
Made Good the area with new Carpet & Skirting, Ceiling Sections, Painting, New Workstations and Designed, Supplied and installed new shop front Double Door Entrance
Relocated Existing Lighting & Fire Services to ensure Compliance with AS requirements
We then Reinstalled New Workstations to the new clean space to be ready for the incoming tenant
